We've noticed a real lack of honest, first-hand reviews when it comes to supplements and menopause products. That’s why we’ve created this space to share genuine, real-world insights into products we’ve personally tried.
We’re three ordinary, middle-aged women navigating a pretty tough stage of life. Aged between 44 and 52, we’re all in different phases of perimenopause or menopause. Between us, we’ve experienced it all: brain fog, dry skin, weight gain, loss of libido, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, dry eyes, disrupted sleep, irregular periods, and of course — hot flushes (or hot flashes, depending where you're from!).
Below is a list of products and supplement we have actually tried, we will give you our honest review with a link to access more information.
We will regularly add more products to this page....
Leaving this here because I love this brand https://oldladygains.com/
These creatine gummies are delicious and I take 3 a day for brain fog. I do not work out everyday so I am not sure about keeping my muscle mass but they work for brain fog for sure.... There are more studies coming out showing the effect that creatine has on maintaining bone density and muscle mass after menopause so worth a try.... https://pushgummies.com/
There are many different types and combinations, so we won’t go into detail here.. that’s a conversation best had with your GP or menopause specialist. What we can say is that MHT has been a game changer for us when it comes to managing hot flushes, sleep issues, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, and irritability.
Each of us experienced symptoms, and each of us noticed a significant improvement after starting treatment with oral progesterone and transdermal estrogen.
On a personal note, I experience aura migraines and was particularly cautious due to concerns about stroke risk. I spoke with my specialist, who provided thorough information that helped ease my anxiety.
Below is a helpful resource that breaks down the risks - the ones we've all heard about in a clear, evidence-based way

So this is an interesting product which seems to have a lot of reviews... we all took the Happy Hormones products in the earlier days of our peri-menopause journey. For some of us it worked just ok, with some slight stabilising in mood and anxiety.
For me (at the time - 49yrs) it didn't work at all, for any of my symptoms of hot flushes, mood or irritability. So I can say mixed results for us but maybe worth a try for you?
We really love and all take this B12 (but doesn't have to be Swiss). I (52yrs) have a high-stress job, and since taking it, I’ve definitely noticed a boost in my energy levels. It’s also great for supporting your nervous system and can contribute to heart health. And the best part? You can pick it up at your local supermarket so you can pick it up with your shopping!
Here's a short article which discusses some of the benefits but there are many around on this subject.
